1. Booking & Deposit

​

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your inspection appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your snagging inspection.

​

2. Pricing & Payment

​

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the inspection.

Example:
For a 3-bedroom property priced at £375:

• £50 booking fee (paid at booking)

• £325 balance (payable on completion)

Failure to pay the remaining balance after the inspection has been completed will result in the full outstanding amount being charged.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to provide access to the property, 100% of the inspection fee will be payable.

• If changes are requested within 24 hours of the appointment, full payment of the inspection fee will be required before rescheduling.

4. Access to Property

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the surveyor has full access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access will result in full charges being applied.

5. Inspection Requirements

​​

Please ensure that all services within the property are fully operational at the time of inspection, including:

• Electricity

• Gas

• Water

6. Completion & Report Delivery

​

Once the inspection is completed and full payment has been received, your snagging report will be delivered within 24 hours.

A hard copy of the report can be provided upon request for an additional £10 (to cover printing and postage).

7. Surveyor Attendance

​

If our surveyor is running more than 15 minutes late, you will be notified as soon as possible.

​

8. Professional Standards

​

All snagging inspections are carried out thoroughly and in line with current industry regulations and best practices. However, findings are subject to professional opinion.

9. Additional Charges

​

• Properties located within congestion charge zones will incur an additional fee, which will be added to your final invoice.

• Suitable parking should be provided for the surveyor. If parking is not available and alternative parking costs are incurred, these will be added to your final invoice.

10. Pricing Policy

​

While our prices may occasionally change, any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate and will not be affected by future pricing updates.

​

11. Media & Marketing

​

We may occasionally capture short videos or images of notable snags for use in marketing and social media.
Your privacy is important to us:

• No identifiable features of your property (such as the full front of the house) will be shown

• No personal details, addresses, developers, or identifying information will be disclosed
