Our Snagging Process
1. Book Your Inspection
Choose a date and time that suits you using our easy online booking system. A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and you'll receive confirmation by email.
2. On-site Property Inspection
We'll attend your property at the scheduled time and carry out a thorough inspection, including thermal imaging and drone surveys where needed. Inspections typically take between 2 to 7 hours.
3. Your Snagging Report
Once the inspection is complete and payment is received, your detailed PDF report will be sent within 24 hours. It includes clear descriptions and photos-ready to send to your developer.
4. Follow Up & Support
We offer a follow up call to talk through your report and answer any questions. An optional re-inspection (de-snag) is also available to ensure all works have been completed to a high standard.
